Construída antes de 1236, este templo ha sufrido diferentes modificaciones a lo largo del tiempo. Actualmente presenta una estructura barroca (1688-1733), un campanario neogótico y una fachada modernista diseñada por el arquitecto Joan Rubió en el año 1904. Rodeando el edificio se pueden ver restos de portales y ventanas románicas y parte de la fortificación amurallada del siglo XVl.
