St George's Anglican Church in Knysna is open to visitors and for prayers between 8am and 3pm on weekdays. Services are held weekly.
An older, small stone church was constructed around 1850. Construction of the larger "new" church started in 1926, and it was consecrated in 1937. The wooden ceiling and pews are intricately detailed, as are the stained glass windows.
