小井中国红军第四军医院旧址:

小井坐落在茨坪西北面6公里处，去龙潭参观须经过小井。1928年夏天，红军在这里设立了医务管理处，同年10月，建成了一栋双层木质结构的红军医院，取名“红光医院”。内设门诊室、手术室、办公室及病房33间，对红军伤病员进行救治。但常常缺医少药，全靠采集草药和用土方法替红军战士疗伤。红军师长张子清也曾在这所医院治疗过。
这所医院在1929年2月被国民党军队烧毁，1967年按原貌修复，1987年经江西省人民政府批准，将此医院列为省重点文物保护单位。

江西（Jiangxi Province ），简称赣，位于中国的东南部，长江中下游南岸。因公元733年唐玄宗设江南西道而得省名，又因境内主要河流赣江而得简称。自古以来物产富饶、人文荟萃，素有“物华天宝、人杰地灵”之誉。江西总面积16.69万平方公里，人口4432.16万（2009年年底），由11个地级市组成，省会南昌市。
