這是基隆路與信義路交义口，為一個進入信義計畫區的西側重要路口，平日車水馬龍，所以台北市政府觀光傳播區為宣傳2010台北國際花卉博覽會，特地花費巨資，在西北角的的錦崙大樓貼上廣告透視膜，希望能發揮「吸睛」效果。

這個路口亦為台北國際馬拉松的路線經過之處，跑者穿過基隆路車行地下道，進入了最後一公里衝刺階段，在同樣拍攝地點的路橋上，我去年也拍了數百張照片，有興趣者可以進入我這篇"2008年 ING 台北國際馬拉松照片"來觀賞。
