It is a half moon of white sand, located in a bay with two hills on either side. In the center of the bay the sand is very fine and as you move towards the west side the sand gradually becomes coarser. The waves in the cove also vary on each side, with stronger waves running through the center of the beach. The east and west are more sheltered, as they are blocked by the hill.
