中国共产党代表团梅园新村纪念馆，位于江苏省南京市城东长江路东端的梅园新村街道两侧，由中共代表团办事处旧址、国共南京谈判史料陈列馆、周恩来铜像、周恩来图书馆等组成，属于近现代历史遗迹及革命纪念建筑物。

周恩来铜像位于露天庭院的正面墙前，以周恩来同志当年步出梅园新村30号大门的照片为原型，表现出周恩来坚定沉着、机智从容的革命家形象。
