南寮海岸光廊，占地約1.5公頃，有木棧道、親水河道、船型觀景台、涼亭以及白沙嬉戲區，可以觀海、玩沙、戲水。此處所以名為「海岸光廊」，就是因為在園區外海岸設置「光椅」，配合各式燈光，越到夜晚，越是璀璨。從早晨到夜晚的景緻，展現不同的面貌。海岸光廊為日落後的漁村，帶來了光影交錯的情調，成為高雄市沿海觀光的明星景點。
