融合公園綠地、客家建築及文化產業的新客家文化園區，2010年於三民一、二號公園落成，鄰近愛河畔愛河之心、光之塔、客家文物館等景點，為全台灣首座都會型客家文化園區。全區以自然生態導向，建設時盡量避開破壞原有樹木，適切融入客家意象為規劃理念，有客家香花步道、客家農特產及手工藝品展售中心、演藝廳及客家傳統民居建築代表－圓樓餐廳，是座兼具教育、文化、產業與休憩的多功能園區。
