Would it already be possible with the current snow conditions? We had to try! The southern faces were clear, only the northern faces had some patches. We crossed a few snow fields and then climbed up the last bit to the ridge. The trail was interesting and not particularily difficult. The heavy pack and my dangling camera on my sholder strap made it a bit more challenging. The view from the top was awesome! We enjoyed the view and took a generous break before heading further along the ridge.
