The windmill in the village of Ust-Charyshskaya pier is a rare surviving example of wooden rural industrial architecture. The construction is made in the best traditions of Siberian masters, it is distinguished by its simplicity of form and high quality of workmanship. The building itself was built without a single nail (on dowels), in the tradition of Russian wooden architecture. The mill worked from 1930 to 2006. It has the status of an architectural monument. Currently abandoned.
