In the movie "Rocky" with Sylvester Stalone, Rocky runs through the city of Philadelphia and to the top of the stairs at the Art Museum. As he reaches the top of the stairs he stands with his arms up and looks out over the city. This is the view he would have had of Philadelphia from the top of the stairs.
