Right here between Ipanema and Copacabana beaches in Rio de Janeiro, is a beautiful little out crop of rocks and beach called Arpoador. There is a small beach called Praia do Diablo (Devils beach), and a park for walking dogs, watching sunset, and surfing in the ocean.
