三和瓦窯廠創建於1918年，舊名為「順安煉瓦廠」，後更名「三和瓦廠」，是目前南台灣僅存的紅瓦窯廠，其燒瓦方式仍以最古老的窯燒為主，所生產的紅瓦供作臺灣傳統建築重要建材與古蹟修繕之用，亦曾入選文建會於2001年「臺灣歷史建築百景」之一，並於2004年3月2日公告為歷史建築。現瓦窯廠逐漸轉型為陶藝創作，積極發展新一代的文化產業。
