The latest destroyed RV jackpot occurred as I was rounding this tight curve to which this wreck came into view, which sits angled off Highway 3 south from the Scott Mountain Summit near Callahan, California. Behind the wrecked medium-sized RV is the first of several hairpin turns, though the wreck wasn't that recent, it was obvious the driver had gone way too fast around the curb & slammed into the trees, gouging out a massive hole on the side & cracking the dash window. There are warning signs both ways for RVs, trucks, & vehicles with trailers to use extra caution over this pass. I wasn't the only motorist to stop at the scene, another vehicle had stopped & took several photos with his phone. The trees, of medium size, withstood the impact well & clearly prevented what could've been a far worse accident.
