位於梓官區的善化堂建於1934年，為一秉承儒、道、釋三教合祀之善堂，主奉關聖帝君、諸葛武侯、觀世音菩薩及孔子等。建築外觀莊嚴宏偉，園區經景觀設計與植栽綠化後更顯清幽；園區外圍有200公尺長的「九龍宮牆」，仿照古代宮牆樣式純手工鑿刻而成，佐以名家揮毫墨刻石碑，增添園區藝術文化氣息，成為梓官區城鄉風貌新地標。
