We hoped to shoot Horse Tail Falls the last two weeks in February during sunset. The angle of the sun on the falls create a natural Fire Fall. It is February, I came to cross-county ski to Dewey Point. Because of the lack of snow and warm temperatures, our trip became a backpack. We backpacked from Tunnel View via the Pohono Trail to Dewey Point.
