射耳祭，又名打耳祭、鹿耳祭，是台灣高山原住民布農族的傳統祭儀之一，在布農語中（malahodaigian）為「射鹿耳」之意，是該族每年最盛大的狩獵與尚武祭典。每年的四、五月間由頭目召集部落裡所有男性族人到祭場舉行祭儀，包括獵前槍祭、射耳儀式、分肉與祭骨等儀式，以及頌功酒宴等幾個流程，從祭典當中，亦可展現布農族的傳統服飾與音樂特色。
