高雄圓山飯店位於鳥松區，原建於1957年愛河畔，1971年遷至現址，是澄清湖畔的五星級休閒渡假飯店，享譽國際盛名。飯店建築依傳統中國宮殿建築風格建造，集西方建築的雄偉與東方建築的古典於一體，富麗莊嚴，七彩畫樑，丹朱圓柱皆具藝術色彩，極見匠心獨運，常為各大企業接待外賓使用。
