Tourism Facilities of Silifke-Narlıkuyu-Akyar is located 20 km to the east of Silifke District, Mersin, and 5 km away from Kız Kalesi. The settlement of Narlıkuyu, Cennet and Cehennem Sinkholes and Asthma-Wishing Cave are also situated within the tourism center. Total territory of the center is 1,046 ha. 61 ha of the total area consist of forests, 288 ha of state owned lands, 62 ha of private properties, and 635 ha of unregistered areas like roads and streams. The Environmental Plan of the scale of 1/25,000 has been approved, and implementation plans are currently pending.
