杉林永齡有機農園，由鴻海集團與市府合作，首期開發面積54公頃。主要讓八八水災受災民眾學習有機農業課程教育，並在實際操作後能夠從事有機蔬果栽培，及農場管理的工作。永齡農場已正式通過慈心有機農業基金會「有機轉型期」驗證；農民表示，園區氣候、土壤狀況良好，瓜類、葉菜類可增產，且可以早日完成有機認證，成為可以永續經營的有機事業。
