Dome Cathedral, Old Riga

The Dome (Doma) Cathedral is one of the main symbols of Riga. It was built in the 13th century as a new residence of Bishop Albert, the founder of Riga. It was aimed to become the most magnificent building in Riga to signify the power of the Catholic Church.
